SMAC Participant Code of Conduct

By submitting this application to participate in this event, you are agreeing to maintain a high standard of personal conduct required of all participants and their families. This means you commit to respect others involved in this event and respect the property and equipment you are using. Any of the following actions during the event sessions or at the event’s premises or other premises frequented by participants during the event sessions during the days of the event, could result in you being asked to disconnect or leave the event's premises and not to participate further, without refund of any tuition and fees paid:

  • Unruly behavior

  • Cyberbullying

  • Harassment of any kind

  • Derogatory comments or gestures made to any participants, faculty or staff

  • Use or possession of alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, firearms, firecrackers or drones.

  • Tampering with fire alarms or other actions that could affect the safety of others
